Day Farms

The two types of barley which we grow are either planted in the autumn or in the spring. Both are harvested in early summer.

We choose to grow varieties of barley that can be used for malting.

Our customers, the Maltsters use the barley to create a malt product which is then brewed to make beer or distilled to create spirits.
